Area Sales Supervisor – Nairobi

About the role

Zeno is seeking an Area Sales Supervisor to lead a team of field sales agents in Nairobi and surrounding territories. The role is highly field‑oriented, focusing on direct rider engagement at boda boda stages, transport hubs and trading centres to drive customer acquisition for Zeno’s electric motorcycles.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise, coach and motivate a team of field sales agents, setting daily, weekly and monthly activity targets.
• Conduct regular field visits, ride‑alongs and stage visits to provide hands‑on feedback and ensure agents generate leads and convert customers.
• Oversee territory coverage, ensuring all high‑potential rider locations are effectively serviced.
• Identify underserved areas, monitor competitor activity and adjust field strategies to meet sales targets.
• Support agents in building strong relationships with riders, stage leaders, SACCOs and local influencers.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading and managing field sales teams.
• Familiarity with the boda boda market and local rider community in Kenya.
• Ability to coach, motivate and hold agents accountable for results.
