About the role
African Originals is hiring an Assistant KO Brand Manager to join its Marketing team and help grow and shape Kenyan Originals (KO). The position is based in Nairobi (Westlands) and is open to candidates with 2-4 years of experience in brand management, marketing or a related commercial role.
Required profile
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or a related field
- 2-4 years' experience in brand management, marketing or a related commercial role
- Experience managing campaigns, activations, partnerships or brand platforms
- Experience in FMCG, beverages, lifestyle, entertainment or consumer brands is an advantage
- Experience supporting innovation and product launches is an advantage
- Strong understanding of the Kenyan consumer, culture and local market
Required skills
- Digital and social media marketing
- Project management, organisational and analytical skills
- Commercial awareness and the ability to connect brand activity to business objectives
