About the role
We are seeking an efficient Assistant Project Manager to support the planning and execution of projects. You will work closely with the Project Manager to ensure smooth progress across all phases.
Key responsibilities
- Monitor project progress and report status updates.
- Follow up with stakeholders on the completion or delay of project phases.
- Schedule and coordinate project meetings.
- Maintain project documentation, reports, and records.
- Perform any tasks assigned by the Project Manager in a timely manner.
- Maintain oversight of all project activities, identify issues, and ensure prompt resolution.
Required profile
- Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
- Proactive attitude with the capacity to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Effective communication skills for stakeholder interaction.
- Ability to work independently while supporting the Project Manager.
