Associate Health Care Attorney

About the role

Bricker Graydon Wyatt LLP is seeking an associate health care attorney with at least two years of experience to join its teams across Ohio, Kentucky and Tennessee. The role involves providing legal counsel on health‑care industry matters, including contracting, privacy and regulatory compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Advise hospitals and health‑care providers on regulatory and compliance issues.
• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts related to health‑care services.
• Manage privacy matters, including HIPAA compliance.
• Support medical staff credentialing and health‑information‑technology initiatives.
• Collaborate with multiple attorneys on diverse assignments and lead project‑management tasks.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in health‑care law.
• Strong academic credentials and high ethical standards.
• Excellent writing, analytical and communication abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
• Proven project‑management skills.
