Associate – VLA Reviewer

About the role

Digital Divide Data is looking for an Associate – VLA Reviewer to support advanced data review workflows for a leading autonomous‑vehicle project. The role focuses on reviewing complex Vision‑Language Action annotation outputs, ensuring high‑quality interpretation of dynamic driving scenes, agent behaviour, object interactions and spatial relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Review autonomous‑vehicle data annotation outputs for quality, consistency and compliance with project guidelines.
• Interpret complex driving scenes involving multiple agents, objects, interactions and environmental context.
• Assess agent actions, intent, object relationships, spatial reasoning and task sequences.
• Support Vision‑Language Action workflows, including vision‑language alignment, action grounding and temporal understanding.
• Identify and resolve ambiguous or edge‑case annotation scenarios using sound judgment.
• Apply annotation standards consistently across production review tasks.
• Participate in calibration sessions, QA discussions and feedback loops to improve quality.
• Provide clear, structured feedback to annotators and stakeholders and escalate guideline or tooling issues as needed.

Required profile

• Diploma or higher in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, Data Science, Geospatial Studies or a related technical discipline.
• Minimum 3 years experience in autonomous‑vehicle data annotation.
• At least 1 year experience on Vision‑Language Action projects.
• Proven experience with complex scene‑understanding tasks such as object interactions, agent behaviour and spatial reasoning.
• Experience in review workflows, guideline interpretation and edge‑case handling in production environments.
