About the role

Teltonika is seeking a motivated B2B Sales Representative to join its Nairobi team and drive growth of telematics solutions across West Africa. You will represent a leading global provider of GPS tracking and IoT devices, building relationships with logistics, agriculture, construction and other enterprise customers.

Key responsibilities

  • Conduct market research to identify potential customers and growth opportunities in West African markets.
  • Develop and maintain long‑term relationships with new and existing clients through presentations, visits and regular communication.
  • Prepare commercial offers, negotiate contracts and achieve assigned sales targets.
  • Represent Teltonika at exhibitions, industry events and meetings locally and internationally.
  • Collaborate with technical support and product specialists to meet customer requirements.
  • Generate leads through cold calling, email outreach and LinkedIn engagement.
  • Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.

Required profile

  • Minimum 5 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in telematics, IoT or related technology.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong communication, negotiation and stakeholder‑engagement skills.
  • Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
  • Results‑oriented, organized and comfortable with international travel.
