About the role

Join the vibrant team at Slug & Lettuce in Bournemouth as a Bar Team Member. No prior experience is required – we’ll provide full training and support so you can deliver memorable experiences for our guests.

Key responsibilities

• Greet every guest warmly and make them feel welcome.
• Prepare and serve high‑quality food and drinks following clear procedures.
• Offer recommendations to enhance the guest experience when appropriate.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and inviting environment for all patrons.
• Support full table service in a busy bar setting.

Required profile

• Must be 18 years or older (role involves alcohol sales).
• Enjoy working collaboratively in a fast‑paced hospitality environment.
• Positive attitude, inclusive mindset and a passion for delivering great service.
