BI Data Analytics Engineer

About the role

We are looking for a Data Analytics Engineer to design, build and maintain the data infrastructure that powers our Business Intelligence team. You will own the end‑to‑end ingestion layer, create robust pipelines, and ensure a single source of truth for the wider business.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain data pipelines using Airbyte, Redshift, dbt, dlt and Dagster.
• Design, build and support custom API integrations for systems without pre‑built connectors.
• Implement data transformations, quality checks and performance tuning.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to gather requirements and deliver reliable data models.
• Instrument pipelines for observability, monitoring, alerting and automated testing.
• Manage code versioning and CI/CD workflows with Git.
• Document data processes and contribute to improving the data infrastructure.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience in analytics or data engineering.
• Strong understanding of data warehousing concepts and modern ELT architectures.
• Experience delivering production‑grade data solutions in an agile environment.

Required skills

• SQL (including performance tuning and modeling).
• Python for production‑grade data pipelines.
• Amazon Redshift.
• dbt and Dagster (or comparable orchestration tools).
• Airbyte (or similar data ingestion tools).
• dlt.
• Git and CI/CD pipelines.
• Designing and maintaining custom API integrations.
