Bilingual German & English Customer Support Consultant – Remote

About the role

SupportYourApp is looking for a bilingual German‑English Customer Support Consultant to join its global, fully remote team. You will help customers of leading tech brands by providing fast, friendly assistance through email, chat and phone.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver high‑quality support via email, live chat and phone calls.
• Follow internal procedures and standard operating procedures to ensure consistent service.
• Collaborate with internal teams, including developers and specialists, to resolve issues efficiently.
• Handle sensitive customer data securely and in compliance with privacy standards.
• Apply modern customer‑happiness practices and maintain deep knowledge of client solutions.
• Meet performance KPIs and contribute to continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Fluent in German and English (C1 level or higher), both written and spoken.
• 6‑12 months of experience in a customer support or call‑center environment.
• Strong analytical and research abilities.
• Positive, proactive and responsible attitude.
• Reliable computer (minimum 8 GB RAM) and stable internet connection (≥50 Mbps download, ≥40 Mbps upload).
