Required profile

• 1‑5 years of engineering experience, preferably in backend or systems development.
• Strong curiosity‑driven mindset comfortable with ambiguity and hands‑on experimentation.
• Ability to structure complex technical findings for both technical and non‑technical audiences.
• Self‑driven and able to work independently in a fully remote, research‑oriented environment.
