BPO Trainer – Telesales Training Lead

About the role

The Trainer will be a cornerstone of Rendeavour’s new BPO division, responsible for building the capabilities and culture of a fast‑growing telesales team. You will design and deliver high‑impact learning experiences that align with regional market dynamics and the company’s strategic goals.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop and deliver onboarding, product knowledge, sales techniques, CRM usage and compliance training for telesales agents.
• Customize training content to reflect regional customer behaviour, cultural considerations and market nuances.
• Facilitate classroom, virtual and on‑the‑job sessions, and conduct regular training needs assessments.
• Collaborate with operations, QA, HR and senior leadership to ensure training aligns with business objectives.
• Monitor training effectiveness through assessments, performance metrics and ROI measurement.
• Maintain up‑to‑date training materials, support LMS implementation and integrate e‑learning, micro‑learning and blended approaches.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, HR, Education, Communication or a related field.
• Minimum 8 years of experience designing and delivering training in a BPO, telesales or customer‑service environment.
• Proven track record of scaling training programs across multiple regions.
• Strong analytical ability to interpret training data and performance metrics.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Hands‑on experience with Learning Management Systems and e‑learning platforms.
• Familiarity with CRM systems such as Salesforce or Zoho CRM.
• Comfort using virtual training tools like Zoom, Microsoft Teams or Google Meet.
• Understanding of contact‑centre metrics (AHT, FCR, QA scores) to identify training needs.
