About the role
Victory Farms Kenya is looking for a proactive Branch Assistant to support daily retail branch operations, manage inventory, maintain cleanliness, and deliver excellent customer service.
Key responsibilities
- Receive and verify incoming stock deliveries, document quantities, and inspect goods for quality.
- Conduct regular stock counts, reconcile inventory variances, and report discrepancies to the Regional Supervisor.
- Maintain branch cleanliness and order, including cleaning displays, crates, drums, and weighing scales.
- Weigh fish for client orders, verify payments, and record transactions accurately.
- Prepare regular inventory and operational reports and communicate issues to the Regional Supervisor.
Required profile
- Minimum High School Diploma; certificate in Sales, Marketing or related field.
- At least 1 year of experience in sales, marketing or retail operations.
- Strong communication skills and a commitment to outstanding customer service.
- Detail‑oriented with good problem‑solving abilities.
Required skills
- Familiarity with POS systems.
- Basic inventory management tools.
