Branch Manager (Karen)

About the role

The Branch Manager acts as the CEO of the branch, responsible for driving sales growth, expanding market share, and ensuring compliance with company standards. You will lead a high‑performing team, protect company assets, and shape the branch into a top‑performing business unit.

Key responsibilities

• Own and achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for the branch.
• Translate corporate strategy into branch‑specific sales plans based on local market dynamics.
• Identify customer segments, competitor activity, pricing sensitivities and develop targeted promotions and partnerships.
• Lead daily sales execution on the showroom floor, ensuring strong conversion and pricing discipline.
• Gather and share local market intelligence with Area Sales Manager and Head of Sales & Marketing.
• Build, coach, and retain a disciplined, customer‑focused team; set clear KPIs and conduct regular performance reviews.
• Enforce compliance with all company policies, pricing approvals, cash‑handling controls and act as first line of defense against fraud.
• Take ownership of stock accuracy and inventory control.

Required profile

• Proven experience in retail or branch management with a strong sales record.
• Deep understanding of local customer behavior and competitive landscape.
• Ability to lead, motivate and develop a sales team.
• Strong analytical mindset and commercial acumen.
• Commitment to strict compliance and operational risk management.
