Branch Manager – Retail Sales

About the role

HiHome Appliances Limited is seeking a results‑driven Branch Manager to lead sales operations at its Nakuru location. You will be responsible for driving revenue growth, managing the sales team, and ensuring excellent customer service.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve monthly and annual targets.
• Develop and implement strategies to increase sales, revenue, and customer base.
• Monitor daily sales performance, produce reports and provide insights.
• Coach, train and support sales representatives to improve performance.
• Manage customer relationships and resolve escalated issues.
• Monitor stock availability and coordinate with relevant teams.
• Identify market opportunities and track competitor activities.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, sales procedures, and operational standards.

Required profile

• Diploma or degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of proven sales experience, preferably in retail home appliances/electronics.
• Previous experience managing or supervising a sales team.
• Strong leadership, communication, negotiation and customer service abilities.
• Analytical and reporting skills with a track record of meeting sales targets.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with the wider team.
• Must be based in Nakuru.
