Branch Manager – Retail Sales (Nakuru)

About the role

We are seeking a results‑driven Branch Manager to lead sales operations at our Nakuru store, overseeing a team of sales representatives in the home appliances retail sector.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
• Develop and implement strategies to drive sales, revenue, and customer growth.
• Monitor daily sales performance and provide regular reports and insights.
• Coach, train and support sales representatives to improve performance.
• Manage customer relationships and ensure a high standard of service.
• Monitor stock availability and coordinate with relevant teams to support sales.
• Identify market opportunities and track competitor activities.
• Handle customer concerns and support the team in resolving escalated issues.
• Ensure adherence to company policies, sales procedures, and operational standards.
• Work closely with management to achieve branch and company objectives.

Required profile

• Diploma or Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of proven sales experience, preferably in retail home‑appliances or electronics.
• Previous experience supervising or managing a sales team.
• Strong leadership, communication, negotiation and customer‑service abilities.
• Demonstrated capability to meet sales targets and produce analytical reports.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with the wider team.
• Must be based in Nakuru.
