Branch Operations Manager

About the role

The Branch Operations Manager leads all day‑to‑day business activities for an assigned CBX Solutions branch. Reporting as the senior on‑site operational leader, you will be accountable for branch performance, team development, customer relationships, financial results, and sales activity.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee and manage all facets of branch operations, setting operational goals and driving performance across office and warehouse functions.
• Review personnel assignments, set performance targets, and distribute workload for direct reports.
• Provide coaching, training, and regular feedback to build a high‑performing team and maintain a positive work environment.
• Monitor sales activity, ensure profitability targets are met, and collaborate with the sales team to close gaps.
• Partner with corporate Human Resources on performance management, corrective actions, and other personnel duties.

Required profile

• Self‑directed, results‑oriented leader with strong organizational discipline.
• Excellent interpersonal confidence to build and motivate teams.
• Ability to set professional standards and lead by example.
• Experience managing both office and warehouse environments is preferred.
