About the role

Our client, a leading engineering and industrial solutions provider, is looking for a Brand & Marketing Execution Lead to drive brand visibility, generate high‑quality leads, and support ambitious growth targets. The role blends strategic planning with hands‑on execution across multiple marketing channels.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategic marketing plans aligned with business objectives.
• Ensure consistent brand positioning across all channels.
• Lead marketing campaigns, activations, trade events, and product launches.
• Manage digital initiatives such as social media, content creation, website performance, SEO, and email marketing.
• Coordinate external agencies and service providers.
• Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and gather customer insights.
• Collaborate with sales teams to drive lead generation and conversion.
• Track campaign performance and produce ROI‑focused reports.
• Supervise and mentor the Marketing Assistant.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a marketing role with proven execution capability.
• Experience managing campaigns, activations, and external agencies.
• Background in manufacturing, engineering, industrial or B2B environments is a plus.
• Experience in an ISO‑certified environment is an advantage.
