About the role

We are seeking a Brand Partnerships Specialist to join a fast‑growing influencer management agency. The role focuses on handling inbound brand partnership inquiries, negotiating deals, and ensuring smooth execution of influencer campaigns for a diverse roster of creators.

Key responsibilities

• Manage daily inbox operations across assigned talent rosters.
• Respond promptly and professionally to inbound brand partnership inquiries.
• Negotiate, advance, and close influencer partnerships efficiently.
• Coordinate timelines, deliverables, approvals, and campaign communication.
• Maintain organization across ongoing negotiations and active partnerships.
• Ensure no inbound opportunities fall through the cracks.
• Support full roster coverage and day‑to‑day partnership operations.

Required profile

• Previous experience in influencer management, creator partnerships, talent management, or brand partnerships.
• Direct experience handling influencer deals and negotiations.
• Strong understanding of influencer campaign workflows, deliverables, and pricing discussions.
• Highly organized, detail‑oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
• Excellent written communication and relationship‑management skills.
• Comfortable working remotely with a schedule of 9 am – 6 pm EST.
