Brand & Social Media Manager

About the role

We are seeking a creative and strategic Brand & Social Media Manager to lead the social presence of multiple client brands. You will design and execute monthly social media strategies, ensuring each brand maintains a distinct voice and visual identity.

Key responsibilities

• Develop monthly social media strategies and content calendars for various clients.
• Create compelling content ideas, campaign concepts, captions, scripts and calls‑to‑action.
• Research trends, competitor activity, audience behaviour and cultural conversations.
• Prepare clear creative briefs for designers, photographers and videographers.
• Coordinate content production, approvals, scheduling and publishing across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn and other platforms.
• Monitor community engagement, respond to comments and messages while preserving brand tone.
• Track performance metrics, generate monthly reports and recommend improvements.
• Manage multiple accounts, deadlines and deliverables efficiently.

Required profile

• 2–4 years of experience in social media management, content strategy or digital marketing.
• Strong understanding of Kenyan social media culture, trends and consumer behaviour.
• Excellent copywriting, communication and creative‑thinking abilities.
• Ability to develop original ideas without over‑reliance on templates or AI.
• Organised, detail‑oriented and comfortable collaborating with creative teams and clients.
