Building Manager – Property Portfolio

About the role

The Building Manager is responsible for day‑to‑day management, maintenance, tenant relations and financial administration of Gada Investments’ property portfolio. The role ensures buildings are well maintained, tenants receive excellent service, rent is collected on time and facilities operate safely and efficiently.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee facilities management, ensuring water, electrical, sanitation, pumps, generators and common areas function safely.
• Conduct regular inspections, coordinate repairs, follow preventative maintenance schedules and monitor utility usage.
• Serve as primary point of contact for tenants, handling enquiries, complaints, onboarding, lease renewals and compliance.
• Drive timely rent collection, issue reminders, manage arrears recovery plans and produce monthly arrears reports.
• Manage building maintenance requests, prioritize repairs, coordinate contractors, obtain quotations and keep detailed records.
• Source and monitor contractors and vendors, verify work completion, maintain service contracts and ensure safety compliance.
• Maintain accurate tenant, lease and financial records and provide regular management reporting.
