Business Applications Developer – Power Platform & BI

About the role

We are looking for a Business Applications Developer to design, build, and maintain digital solutions using Microsoft 365, Power Platform, and Business Intelligence tools. This remote, full‑time position focuses on turning manual processes into automated, data‑driven workflows that improve operational efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Design and develop interactive Power BI dashboards, reports, and scalable data models using DAX and Power Query.
• Create automated workflows and custom business applications with Power Automate and Power Apps, including approval processes and custom connectors.
• Build integrations with Azure Functions, REST APIs, Webhooks, and third‑party services to connect Microsoft 365 applications.
• Develop Microsoft Teams apps, bots, adaptive cards, and AI‑powered workflows using Microsoft Copilot Studio.
• Apply Microsoft security and governance best practices, monitor performance, and optimize automation efficiency.
• Gather business requirements, produce technical documentation, and provide user training and support.
