Business Development Executive

About the role

Red Giant Media Agency is seeking a driven Business Development Executive to expand its client base and nurture lasting relationships. You will be the front‑line representative, introducing the agency’s experiential marketing, roadshow, and digital media services to prospective brands across Kenya.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and visit prospective client offices to pitch agency services.
• Proactively call and follow up on inbound leads.
• Close new business deals and hand them over to the Client Service team for seamless execution.
• Consistently achieve monthly conversion and revenue targets.

Required profile

• 2–3 years of experience in business development or sales, preferably within BTL, experiential marketing, events, or a media/advertising agency.
• Demonstrated ability to close deals confidently on the phone, in person, and at the negotiating table.
• Self‑driven, resilient, and comfortable working to targets with minimal supervision.
• Strong communication and relationship‑building capabilities.
• Diploma or degree in Business, Sales & Marketing, or equivalent experience.
• Existing network in the marketing or events sector is an advantage.

• Ability to manage a sales pipeline and meet targets.
