About the role
Kuza Systems And Solutions Ltd is looking for energetic Business Development Executives to expand its client base in Nairobi. You will be responsible for generating leads, presenting our IT & Telecom solutions, and building lasting relationships with customers.
Key responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities.
- Generate leads and build a strong sales pipeline.
- Present and promote products and services to potential clients.
- Prepare proposals, negotiate deals and achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
Required profile
- Degree or diploma in Business, Marketing, Commerce or related field.
- 1–2 years of sales or business development experience (advantageous).
- Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation abilities.
- Target‑driven with a passion for sales and growth.
- Ability to work with minimum supervision.
Required skills
- Proficiency in MS Office.
- Familiarity with CRM tools.
