Business Development Manager (Hospital Experience)

About the role

We are seeking a Business Development Manager with strong hospital experience to drive growth across our healthcare portfolio. You will lead market expansion, build strategic partnerships, and ensure long‑term client satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement business development strategies aligned with company growth targets.
• Identify new market opportunities, prospects and potential clients within the hospital sector.
• Generate leads, conduct market research and analyse industry trends.
• Prepare proposals, presentations and negotiate contracts with clients.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing and other departments to improve overall performance.
• Monitor sales performance, produce regular activity reports and adjust tactics as needed.
• Establish strategic partnerships to broaden market presence.
• Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and nurture long‑term relationships.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Business, Marketing, Health Administration or a related field.
• At least 2 years of proven business development experience in a hospital or healthcare environment.
• Strong understanding of hospital operations, procurement processes and health‑care systems.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation abilities.
• Analytical, problem‑solving and strategic thinking skills.
• Self‑driven, target‑oriented and capable of working independently.

• CRM tools (experience preferred)
