About the role

We are seeking a Business Development Specialist to drive B2B sales of Teltonika's advanced security and IoT solutions across East and West Africa. Based in Nairobi, you will represent a leading smart home and vehicle security brand, building relationships with new and existing clients.

Key responsibilities

  • Conduct market research to identify growth opportunities in East and West Africa.
  • Generate new business through cold calling, networking, and attending exhibitions.
  • Develop and present commercial offers, negotiate contracts, and achieve sales targets.
  • Maintain long‑term client relationships with regular visits and presentations.
  • Update and manage the CRM database to track leads and sales activities.
  • Collaborate with technical support and product specialists to meet customer requirements.

Required profile

  • Minimum 3 years of proven B2B sales experience, preferably in security or technology sectors.
  • Strong knowledge of security technology markets in East and West Africa.
  • Excellent English communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Organised, results‑driven, and comfortable traveling across the region.
