Business Manager – Strategic Growth & Operations

About the role

The Business Manager will lead the development and execution of growth strategies for Mayro Trading Perfumes, overseeing sales, operations, finance and team performance to drive profitability and market expansion.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement business growth strategies, identify new markets and partnerships.
• Drive sales performance, monitor pipelines and create customer acquisition and retention plans.
• Oversee daily operations, manage inventory, supply chain and service delivery processes.
• Prepare budgets, financial forecasts and analyse profitability metrics.
• Lead, motivate and appraise departmental teams, identifying training needs.
• Maintain strong relationships with key customers and resolve escalated issues.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, legal requirements and manage business risks.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, Commerce or related field (MBA preferred).
• Minimum 5 years of experience in business, sales or operations management.
• Strong leadership, analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
