About the role
The Business Operations Manager will lead the Security Solutions Business Unit, ensuring commercial success and operational excellence while delivering intelligent security services to clients in Kenya.
Key responsibilities
- Manage day‑to‑day security operations, including monitoring SIEM/Sentinel systems and leading incident response.
- Oversee guard deployment, transfers, and supervision across zones, and conduct spot checks on field officers.
- Develop and present predictive yearly budgets, control costs, and ensure the unit operates within budget.
- Support commercial activities by identifying upselling and cross‑selling opportunities and assisting with bid and proposal development.
Required profile
- Proven security management experience with strong leadership, communication, and decision‑making skills.
- Ability to write procedures, draft reports, and prepare business cases.
- Sound financial acumen, including budgeting and cost control.
Required skills

- Microsoft Office suite
