Call Agent – Customer Acquisition for Accounting Software

About the role
We are looking for enthusiastic Call Agents to join our team and help businesses discover smarter ways to manage their accounting. In this full‑time position you will engage prospective customers, qualify leads and showcase the MyAccurate Books solution over the phone.
Key responsibilities
- Initiate outbound calls to potential clients and introduce MyAccurate Books.
- Qualify leads by understanding prospect needs and assessing fit.
- Conduct product demonstrations and answer technical questions.
- Follow up with prospects to move them through the sales funnel.
- Achieve individual and team sales targets.
Required profile
- Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business or a related field.
- Strong communication, persuasion and sales abilities.
- Self‑motivated, target‑driven and able to work independently.
- Passion for customer engagement and closing deals.
