Card Personalization Officer

About the role

The Card Personalization Officer ensures that every banking card leaving the production floor meets strict quality, security and regulatory standards. You will act as the critical link between confidential customer data and the physical card that reaches the end‑user.

Key responsibilities

• Operate and monitor card personalization equipment to maintain smooth production runs.
• Verify customer data before processing to prevent errors and misprints.
• Encode chips, emboss, and print card details accurately.
• Maintain absolute confidentiality of all customer information throughout the workflow.
• Conduct regular quality checks and correct any defects identified.
• Monitor equipment performance, report faults promptly and assist with basic troubleshooting.
• Document production activities for audit trails and ensure secure storage and dispatch of personalized cards.
