About the role
The Cards Business Development Manager will lead the strategy and execution of card product initiatives for KCB Bank Kenya. This role involves overseeing the full product lifecycle, from ideation through launch, and ensuring a seamless customer experience across all channels.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategy and roadmap for card products.
- Lead end‑to‑end product development from ideation to launch.
- Collaborate with marketing and customer service to create go‑to‑market strategies and support campaigns.
- Establish and maintain partnerships with payment networks, processors, and technology vendors.
- Negotiate contracts and manage relationships with card manufacturers, payment gateways, and third‑party providers.
- Drive card issuing projects to ensure timely implementation and reduce time‑to‑market.
- Monitor and improve the customer journey for card holders across all bank channels.
