About the role
The Centre Manager will oversee day‑to‑day operations of the fertility centre, lead the team, manage budgets and ensure regulatory compliance. The role requires a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Healthcare Management and at least five years of experience running a centre or branch in a healthcare fertility services environment.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations to ensure efficiency and high‑quality patient care.
- Lead, motivate and manage the centre team to achieve performance targets.
- Ensure an exceptional patient experience and satisfaction.
- Monitor performance metrics, generate reports and meet operational targets.
- Manage budgets, control expenses and allocate resources effectively.
- Maintain compliance with regulatory, clinical and safety standards.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in centre/branch operations, preferably within healthcare or fertility services.
