Change Relay - DRIVE 2030 (M/F)

About the role

AGL, a multimodal logistics operator (port, logistics, maritime and rail) in Africa and part of the MSC Group, is hiring a Change Relay for its DRIVE 2030 initiative. Based in Nairobi and reporting to the MD Kenya, the Change Relay acts as the local focal point for adopting new solutions, connecting the Central Change Team, country management and users so that business and operational impacts are understood and adoption needs are met.

Key responsibilities

• Build an understanding of the DRIVE 2030 ecosystem, deployment and change strategies and key milestones
• Onboard local teams to the DRIVE 2030 program (DRIVE, DECLARE, CARLO) through meetings, workshops and a change kit
• Take part in workshops and assess impacts on roles, ways of working, organisation and operations
• Coordinate the local Ambassadors network, including their onboarding and training
• Support local HR teams in recruitment for deployment roles, with priority on Deployment Officers
• Support local project managers on change activities
• Ensure regular local communication through the communication kit and plan
• Monitor adoption via Change Surveys and feedback, escalating risks and resistance to the central team
• Work with the Deployment Officer, Training Coordinator and local management, and stay on site during Go-Live and Hypercare

Required profile

• Strong knowledge of local operational processes and legacy systems
• Experience with IT solutions and digital tools; TMS knowledge is a plus
• Proven experience in change management, stakeholder engagement and internal communication
• Fluent in English

• Ability to work with central and country teams in a multicultural environment and to lead an Ambassadors network
