Delivery Rider (Full-Time, Nairobi)

About the role

Red Giant Media Agency, a creative marketing agency based in Nairobi, is looking for a flexible, reliable, experienced and responsible full-time Delivery Rider. The rider keeps the agency's day-to-day operations moving by delivering and collecting documents, parcels and marketing materials safely and on time.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver and collect documents, parcels, marketing materials and other assigned items from clients, suppliers, offices and designated locations across Nairobi.
• Plan efficient routes and complete all deliveries and collections accurately, safely and within agreed timelines.
• Handle all items with care and keep sensitive documents confidential.
• Obtain signatures, delivery confirmations or other proof of delivery for every drop-off.
• Maintain accurate records of deliveries, collections and related expenses.
• Keep in touch with the office about delivery progress, delays and challenges.
• Comply with traffic regulations and road safety requirements.
• Support the operations and events teams with ad-hoc runs and urgent deliveries.
• Represent the agency professionally with clients, suppliers and colleagues.

Required profile

• At least 2 years of professional experience as a delivery rider (mandatory).
• Valid motorcycle riding licence (mandatory).
• Minimum KCSE (or equivalent).
• Certificate of Good Conduct issued by the DCI (mandatory).
• Good knowledge of Nairobi roads and routes; strong sense of responsibility, punctuality, honesty and accountability.
• Own motorcycle is an added advantage.

Required skills

• Basic record-keeping skills.
• Comfort using smartphone navigation apps.
• Ability to follow instructions, manage time and prioritise deliveries, working independently and in a team.
