Chatroom Operator

About the role

Drips is looking for remote Chatroom Operators to help keep its automated, human‑like texting platform truly conversational. You will read consumer messages that the AI cannot confidently interpret, respond in context, and categorize each interaction to improve the system.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to inbound chat messages within 60 seconds using point‑and‑click canned replies.
• Accurately categorize each conversation (e.g., “Can’t talk/bad news”, “I’m at work”).
• Maintain a minimum 97% accuracy rate, subject to random audits.
• Empathize with users while keeping the dialogue on track and prompting next steps.
• Provide feedback that helps train Drips’ natural language model.

Required profile

• Exceptional attention to detail and a high standard of accuracy.
• Comfortable working on a computer with fast, accurate typing.
• Strong grammar, spelling, and logical reasoning abilities.
• Reliable internet connection and a computer with up‑to‑date software.
• Dependable and able to follow a set schedule (6 straight hours per day, 3‑5 days a week).

Required skills

What we offer

• Part‑time remote work (up to 27 hours per week).
• Flexible shift options: 9 am‑3 pm, 11 am‑5 pm, or 4 pm‑10 pm.
• Hourly pay ranging from $10 to $13.
• Zoom‑based training and ongoing support.
