Chief Executive Officer (CEO) – Hybrid, Berlin

About the role

Bon Plan Entrepreneuriat Emploi (BPE) is seeking a full‑time Chief Executive Officer to lead the organisation from its Berlin hub. The role combines on‑site leadership with flexible remote work, allowing the CEO to shape strategy while staying connected to the team.

Key responsibilities

• Define and drive the strategic direction and long‑term objectives of BPE.
• Oversee day‑to‑day operations and ensure efficient administrative and office processes.
• Lead senior management, manage budgets, and monitor financial performance.
• Represent BPE with external partners, stakeholders, and clients, building strategic relationships.
• Drive growth initiatives, monitor performance metrics, and implement continuous improvement.
• Foster a positive, inclusive work culture and ensure compliance with regulations and internal policies.

Required profile

• Strong communication skills with the ability to present complex information clearly.
• Experience in administrative assistance and office administration.
• Background in customer service and stakeholder engagement.
• Knowledge of accounting principles, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
• Proven leadership in an executive or senior management role, preferably in entrepreneurship or employment services.
• Ability to manage hybrid teams in Berlin.
• Strategic decision‑making, planning, and problem‑solving capabilities.
• Relevant higher education in Business Administration, Management, Finance, or equivalent professional experience.
