Chief of Staff

About the role

Apollo Agriculture is seeking a Chief of Staff to provide high‑impact, flexible capacity to its leadership team. Reporting to the Chief Product Officer and working closely with the CEO, you will own strategic, cross‑functional initiatives that currently have no dedicated home, driving grant‑funded opportunities and ensuring execution across the business.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and lead Apollo’s grants strategy, identifying opportunities, securing funding and partnerships, and delivering measurable outcomes for farmers.
• Act as the execution engine for the entire organization, attending planning, business review and deep‑dive meetings and turning decisions into concrete results.
• Partner with the CEO, CPO and other senior leaders on high‑stakes, rotating special projects, adapting quickly to changing priorities.
• Maintain high‑context visibility across teams to push senior leaders credibly and ensure accountability.
• Represent Apollo in diverse settings—from farmer fields to donor pitches—bridging strategy and on‑the‑ground execution.

• Hands‑on attitude, willing to roll up sleeves in any environment, from a farmer’s field to a boardroom.
