About the role

The Chief of Staff & Strategy will serve as a senior strategic partner to the AGRA President and executive team, driving enterprise‑wide transformation, organizational alignment, and strategic execution. This position leads the Transformation Office, ensuring that AGRA’s long‑term mission is translated into actionable roadmaps and high‑impact programs.

Key responsibilities

• Direct the operations of the President’s Office and maintain close coordination with the Executive Committee.
• Lead corporate strategy and business‑planning cycles, defining institutional priorities, trade‑offs, and aligned unit plans.
• Steward AGRA’s strategic architecture, governance, and transformation programs.
• Provide executive decision support, develop strategic products, and enhance stakeholder confidence.
• Orchestrate cross‑functional initiatives, ensuring seamless execution and alignment with the organization’s mission.
