Client Engagement Executive

About the role

As the Client Engagement Executive for Inneo Lab, you will serve as the onsite ambassador at MultiCare, leading the effort to discover and commercialize innovative medical products. You will work closely with system executives, clinicians, and staff to identify unmet clinical needs, validate concepts, and guide projects through the full innovation lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the principal catalyst for Inneo Lab’s mission within MultiCare, fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration.
• Build and nurture productive relationships with executives, key opinion leaders, and clinicians.
• Review and screen submissions from MultiCare for market relevance and clinical need.
• Lead structured “Painstorming” sessions to define problems and generate commercially viable concepts.
• Collaborate with clinicians to refine problem statements, validate market assumptions, and gather critical data.
• Navigate organizational structures to remove barriers and champion initiatives toward successful commercialization.
• Maintain ongoing communication between innovators and health‑system stakeholders throughout all project phases.

Required profile

• Proven experience in healthcare innovation, client engagement, or related fields.
• Strong relationship‑building and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Ability to translate clinical needs into market opportunities.
• Excellent communication and facilitation abilities.
• Self‑starter who can work independently while coordinating with national product development teams.
