Client Partner

About the role

Raiser is looking for a Client Partner who drives business performance by delivering outstanding service, building strong relationships with Raiser clients and generating new business through a deep understanding of Raiser solutions. The role also involves achieving organisational sales targets.

Key responsibilities

• Follow up sales leads, identify partnership opportunities with clients and close the sale.
• Support sales activities by selling to new prospects, cross-selling and following up on referrals.
• Achieve sales performance objectives and monthly sales targets.
• Deliver compelling business cases to existing and potential clients.
• Build mutually beneficial relationships that drive customer loyalty and demonstrate return on investment from Raiser solutions.
• Develop key internal interfaces so client commitments are delivered to the highest standard.

Required profile

• At least 5 years of successful experience in a busy, professionally demanding environment focused on results.
• Record as an achiever in a high-performance sales environment, with a passion for developing and closing business opportunities.
• High degree of business acumen and credibility; able to consult with clients and explain how the approach contributes to their sustained performance.
• Ability to influence and work with senior decision-makers in major corporations, presenting at Senior Leadership Team level.
• Strong people skills, professional attitude and appearance, and executive presence in phone, face-to-face and online meetings.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
