Client Service Intern (Marketing)

About the role

Red Giant Media Agency is seeking a Client Service Intern to support its Account Managers in planning and executing experiential marketing campaigns. The role offers hands‑on experience in coordinating activations, managing timelines, and communicating with internal and external stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the Account Manager with client account updates, timelines, coordination and follow‑ups.
• Prepare briefs, status reports, presentations and post‑campaign summaries.
• Coordinate with creative, operations and finance teams to track deliverables and deadlines.
• Conduct basic research such as brand checks, competitor reviews and campaign learnings.
• Support on‑ground activations and events in Nairobi and travel when required.

Required profile

• Degree or diploma in Marketing, Communications or a related field (completed or final year).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Organised, proactive, detail‑oriented and able to manage multiple tasks.
• Interest in experiential marketing, events and brand activations.

Required skills

• Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides) or Microsoft Office.
• Canva for creating simple marketing assets and presentations.
