Client Service Officer – French & Arabic Speaking

About the role

Citi is seeking a Client Service Officer who is fluent in French and Arabic to provide after‑sales support to its banking clients. You will act as the primary point of contact, handling inquiries via phone and email while ensuring service quality aligns with client expectations.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the main liaison for client issues, coordinating with internal teams to deliver timely resolutions.
• Provide after‑sales support, answer inquiries efficiently, and maintain compliance with departmental standards.
• Conduct analysis of client needs, communicate resolutions, and assess risk in decision‑making.
• Participate in root‑cause analysis, feedback loops, and process‑improvement initiatives.
• Manage a portfolio of client relationships, ensuring clients are trained on Citi products and services.

Required profile

• 1‑3 years of relevant experience in client or customer service.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English and French (Arabic preferred).
• Strong analytical, investigative, and risk‑management abilities.
• Self‑motivated, proactive problem‑solver with the ability to work independently and within a team.
• High attention to detail and ability to organize workload effectively.
