Client Services Manager

About the role

The Manager – Client Services will lead brand and agency relationships, drive media revenue and deliver high‑performing, data‑led advertising solutions across our retail media ecosystem.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver and exceed sales targets by promoting retail media products across digital, in‑store and omni‑channel touchpoints.
• Oversee client campaign planning, execution and performance reporting.
• Develop and sell tailored media proposals that generate high‑return retail campaigns.
• Articulate MAF Precision Media’s value proposition and pricing to customers.
• Contribute to the evolution of retail media formats and commercial opportunities.
• Maintain a robust sales pipeline, monthly forecast and activity tracking.
• Serve as the primary contact for brand and agency partners, aligning campaigns with client business objectives and marketing calendars.
• Collaborate with the commercial team to ensure strategic alignment and synergy across brands.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Economics, Communication or related field (Master’s preferred).
• 5+ years of experience in client management, media sales or digital advertising.
• Proven success in media sales, especially digital display, with global or regional accounts.
• Experience in retail media is highly desirable.
• Entrepreneurial, self‑motivated and able to work effectively as part of a team.
