Client Services Manager – Retail Media

About the role

The Manager – Client Services will lead brand and agency relationships, drive media revenue and deliver data‑led advertising solutions across Majid Al Futtaim’s retail media ecosystem.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve and exceed sales targets by promoting retail media products across digital, in‑store and omni‑channel touchpoints.
• Plan, execute and monitor client campaigns, providing regular performance reporting.
• Develop and sell customized media proposals that generate high‑return retail campaigns.
• Communicate the value of MAF Precision Media’s offerings and pricing to customers.
• Contribute to the evolution of the retail media proposition, shaping new formats and commercial opportunities.
• Maintain a robust sales pipeline, monthly forecast and activity tracking.
• Serve as the primary contact for brand and agency partners, aligning campaigns with their business objectives and marketing calendars.
• Collaborate with the commercial team to ensure strategic alignment and delivery against brand KPIs.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Economics, Communication or a related field (Master’s preferred).
• Minimum 5 years experience in client management, media sales or digital advertising, preferably with global or regional accounts.
• Proven success in media sales, especially digital display, with retail media experience considered a plus.
• Entrepreneurial self‑starter with strong motivation and a professional presence.
