Client Success Manager

About the role

As a Client Success Manager at Tana, you will be the primary liaison between our client organisations and internal talent teams. You will ensure smooth onboarding, ongoing satisfaction, and long‑term partnership growth for our remote tech and data talent placements.

Key responsibilities

• Onboard new clients, translating their requirements into actionable briefs for Recruitment and Training.
• Conduct regular check‑ins with client managers to gather feedback, solve problems, and align expectations.
• Monitor account health, contract renewals, performance concerns, and retention risks.
• Identify opportunities to expand relationships through new teams, roles, or referrals.
• Contribute to process standardisation, documentation, and automation to support scaling.

Required profile

• 5+ years in client‑facing roles such as Client Success, Account Management, Consulting, B2B Sales, or Project Management.
• Proven ability to build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders.
• Experience working with clients in North American and/or European markets.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Strong judgment and problem‑solving abilities.
