Clinician – Primary Care & Mental Health (Kebirigo)

About the role

EZDO Community Medical Centers is seeking a full‑time Clinician to join its on‑site team in Kebirigo. The role focuses on delivering high‑quality primary, mental and behavioral health services to underserved populations, emphasizing prevention, early intervention, and patient‑centered care.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments, diagnose and manage acute and chronic conditions.
• Develop individualized treatment plans and provide follow‑up care.
• Deliver health education, counseling, and preventive services.
• Document clinical encounters accurately in electronic or paper‑based medical records.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and community partners to ensure coordinated care.
• Participate in community outreach and quality‑improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• Relevant clinical qualification and licensure/registration to practice as a clinician, nurse, clinical officer, or physician in Kenya.
• Experience in primary care, mental health, and management of common acute and chronic conditions.
• Commitment to serving underserved communities and improving health outcomes.
• Strong organizational skills and reliability in a full‑time on‑site environment.
