About the role

The Cluster Digital Marketing Manager will shape and execute the digital strategy for a luxury hospitality brand, driving direct bookings, guest engagement and revenue across paid, owned and earned media. This senior position blends creativity, data‑driven analysis and team leadership to deliver world‑class campaigns that reflect the brand’s premium experience.

Key responsibilities

  • Design and implement a comprehensive digital roadmap aligned with luxury guest expectations and commercial goals.
  • Lead omni‑channel performance marketing across PPC, paid social, programmatic, video, OTT/CTV and display, optimizing for ROI, ROAS, CPC/CPA and revenue contribution.
  • Develop SEO and local SEO strategies, oversee content creation (short‑form video, influencer collaborations, user‑generated content) and manage online reputation on Google, TripAdvisor and social listening platforms.
  • Own reporting and analysis using Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics 4, Tableau, Looker Studio and Power BI; conduct A/B testing, CRO and funnel analysis to improve conversion rates.
  • Partner with sales, revenue and guest experience teams to ensure digital initiatives support overall business objectives.
  • Mentor junior team members, fostering a high‑performance culture.
  • Manage agency and vendor relationships, negotiate contracts, control budgets and evaluate partner performance.

Required profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Business or related field; Master’s preferred.
  • 6‑8+ years of digital marketing experience, preferably in luxury hospitality, travel or lifestyle brands.
  • Proven ability to manage multi‑million‑dollar budgets and deliver measurable ROI.
  • Strong project management, leadership and communication skills.
  • Passion for luxury brands and guest‑centric experiences.
