About the role
Inspire Credit is hiring a full-time, middle-level Collections Call Center Agent for an on-site role in Nairobi. The agent handles outbound and inbound collections calls and negotiates payment plans with borrowers in a credit and lending environment.
Key responsibilities
- Manage outbound and inbound collections calls
- Negotiate payment plans with borrowers
- Maintain accurate records and meet collections targets
- Ensure full compliance with CBK guidelines
Required profile
- Mandatory previous experience in a similar role
- Target-driven with high integrity
Required skills
- Strong English and Swahili communication skills
- CRM or collections system experience is a plus
