Commercial Finance Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a Commercial Finance Specialist to support the Finance Manager in the S&CD financial planning process. The role will focus on budgeting, profitability analysis and cost‑of‑engagement assessment for assigned customer groups, ensuring decisions are backed by solid financial insight.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the Finance Manager in preparing the annual budget for the assigned customer group.
• Analyze profitability and cost of engagement for the customer group and related business units.
• Review trade spends and cost of engagement, challenging the reasonableness of inputs and assumptions.
• Provide decision‑support to stakeholders to help achieve financial targets.
• Prepare financial analyses and build financial models to support key decisions.
• Apply accounting principles to capture accurate financial data for resource commitment and reporting.
• Periodically review systems and processes, offering feedback for improvement.
• Co‑facilitate finance learning sessions and post‑evaluation activities.

Required profile

• Graduate of a BS in Accountancy.
• Certified Public Accountant.
• 3–6 years of relevant experience (open to fresh graduates).
• Adept with accounting systems and MS Excel.
• Innovative with a mindset for policy and process improvement.
