Commercial Manager – Homabay

About the role

Victory Farms is seeking an experienced Commercial Manager to lead sales operations for its Homabay location. You will be responsible for driving revenue growth, replicating successful processes in new settings, and building a high‑performing commercial team.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve monthly sales targets by owning the end‑to‑end commercial process.
• Set up and train new teams, ensuring operational accuracy and low spoilage across the value chain.
• Implement and manage a sales incentive system and track performance metrics.
• Use market data to forecast trends, identify opportunities, and guide pricing strategies.
• Plan and execute regional marketing campaigns to boost product visibility and brand reputation.
• Negotiate contracts and leases with vendors, suppliers, and third‑party partners.
• Report regularly to senior management on project status and potential performance impacts.

Required profile

• 10+ years of sales experience, preferably in agriculture or related sectors.
• Proven ability to exceed sales targets and manage departmental budgets.
• Strong leadership, communication, and relationship‑building skills.
• Integrity demonstrated through data‑driven reporting across production, logistics, and commercial functions.
• Fluent in written and spoken English.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, economics, or a related field (preferred).
