About the role
We are seeking a proactive Field Coordinator to lead last‑mile operations for Dot Glasses in Kenya. You will bridge the central team and field partners, ensuring smooth execution, strong sales performance, and community engagement.
Key responsibilities
- Coordinate field execution and partner support across multiple locations.
- Plan and implement community outreach and training programs.
- Monitor sales performance, report market intelligence and ensure brand visibility at the grassroots level.
- Resolve operational issues and maintain strong relationships with distribution partners.
Required profile
- Mid‑level professional with at least 24 months of relevant experience.
- Strong problem‑solving, strategic planning and team coordination abilities.
- Passion for improving access to affordable eye care.
